Preregistered area middle school students will visit Pella Corporation as part of an annual career learning day today. The free Explore Engineering Event hosted 5th-8th graders from Marion, Mahaska, and Jasper Counties, to learn about engineering and other technological careers. The event is a partnership between Pella Corp and several other area businesses such as Vermeer and 3M in addition to engineering students from ISU, the U of I, and UNI.
