The PCM boys basketball team ended their season yesterday. After falling behind at the start of the game, the Mustangs were never able to fully recover from the 16 point hole they were in during the first half. The boys gave it their all, and by the end of the game they had closed the gap, coming in one point behind St. Edmond in the state Class 2-A quarterfinals. The season ends for the Mustangs at 22-3 overall and as champions in the Heart of Iowa Conference, where they were 17-1.
