Former Knoxville Raceway Race Director Ralph Capitani will have a retirement reception next month at the Raceway. Knoxville Raceway encourages people to mark their calendars for Saturday, April 28th. The reception will take place that day from 2-5pm at Dyer Hudson Hall. Capitani retired at the end of last season after working at the Raceway for 44 years. Both John McCoy and Toby Kruse have replaced Capitani since then; McCoy as Race Director and Kruse as General Manager.
