The Knoxville boys and girls tennis squads both lost to Newton by identical 9-2 scores yesterday. In the girls match, Emily Lee and Kassi Griggs teamed up to win number one doubles and Emily Blankenship and Shamene Norman were victorious at number four doubles for the Panthers. On the boys side, Jared McClung took number for singles for Knoxville while McClung and Brandon Iddings teamed up to get Knoxville’s other point at number two doubles.
