[simage=7391,200,y,left] Knoxville City Manager Harold Stewart has announced that Dylan Feik has accepted the offer to become the Assistant City Manager of Knoxville. Feik will start no later than July 23rd with a salary of $54,000, which is $4000 more than the Planning and Zoning Administrator was budgeted for in previous years. According to the Olathe, Kansas website, Feik has been working for the city as a management analyst since 2009. He received a Bachelor’s in Political Science at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, before receiving his Masters in Public Administration at the University of Kansas. Stewart says the decision was reached after receving about 40 applications and interviewing five candidates.
