The first week of competition for the Pella High boys tennis team has seen the Little Dutch improve each time out, most recently in an 8-3 victory over Mount Pleasant Thursday afternoon. Pella swept singles play, winning each match in straight sets, and added victories at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. The performance puts the Little Dutch at 2-1 in match play this season. They’ll get in their fourth competition this week Saturday when they cross Lake Red Rock to face Knoxville.
