The Pella Christian girls’ soccer team has yet to score a goal this season. North Polk shut out the Lady Eagles in a 2-0 win Thursday night. Pella Christian tallied 16 shots, but could not get one in the goal. North Polk took a 1-0 lead at 7:29 in the first half.

The game was scoreless for the next 62 minutes until North Polk scored with 9:28 left to play. Goalkeeper Jenna Roose made 10 saves for Pella Christian. Shelby Stysma recorded 29 defensive stops and Kylie Lamb made 23 defensive stops. The Lady Eagles are now 0-3 for the season.
