Pleasantville’s Chelsea Thomas has picked up where she left off last season with the Missouri Softball squad in earning her tenth career Big 12 Pitcher of the Week. This season Thomas is 14-and-three with a paper-thin E-R-A of .58 which is the second lowest in the nation. She has mowed down 134 batters with just 26 walks in 96 innings of work. The tenth Big 12 Pitcher of the Week award ties Thomas for the most in Big 12 Conference history. Missouri has a big weekend series coming up against number three ranked Texas.
