The Knoxville soccer squads split with North Polk last night. The girls got their first win of the season with a 3-2 win over the Comets. Maris Clarke had two goals while Kathy Adrian put in the other. Goalkeeper Amber Klootwyk did her part with 31 saves. The Panthers are now 1-10 on the season. While the girls celebrated their first win, the boys endured another tough loss. The Panthers got a goal early on by Stephen Creary but could not hold on to the lead and lost to North Polk 4-1. The Panthers are now 3-9 on the season and have lost seven in a row.
