Coming out of a strong week of conference wins against Norwalk and Pella Christian, the Pella High boys soccer team kept the pedal pressed to the floor Monday night against Carlisle; crushing the Wildcats 13-0 in Pella. With a shut-out in the JV game setting the tone, the Little Dutch defense stymied Carlisle, and the offense was a high-octane machine; as eight players put goals in the net – including a hat trick by Pauly Apostolopoulos. The victory puts Pella at 13-2-1 on the season and sets them up for a non-conference clash today with Nevada.
