Heavy winds marked the start of Tulip Time today. With gusts up to 60 mph, a tree broke in the Molengracht, and branches were scattered about town. But the day brightened up around noon and festival goers came out in big numbers. Highlights of the day included Dutch Dancing on the Tulip Toren, Street Sweeping, and plenty of food.
