Setup for Tulip Time has begun. Franklin Street between Broadway and Main, along the square, has been closed to traffic to make way for bleachers. The street is closed, but the sidewalk and shops along the closed street are still open. The stand that will sit the Tulip Time Queen is set up along Franklin as well. Tulip Time starts on Thursday and ends on Saturday with a lighted parade. KNIA/KRLS will be broadcasting live from Tulip Time during the festival.
