It was a fun night in Bussey for the Twin Cedars softball and baseball teams, as they notched respective 11-0 (5 innings) and 8-0 wins over Mormon Trail.

Bailey Stone pitched a no-hitter in the softball game for the Sabers, allowing just two walks and striking out four batters. Her teammates provided plenty of offense, as Brittany Roby went 3-for-3 with three triples and two RBIs. Brooke Dunkin also had a triple, as she went 2-for-4 with 3 RBIs; Kassidy Swayne and Shelby Hall each went 2-for-3 at the plate, with Swayne belting a home run and collecting 2 RBIs as well.

In the baseball game, Twin Cedars improved their conference record to 8-0 with an 8-0 win over Mormon Trail. Pitcher Coy Moore allowed one hit while striking out nine in the win. Levi Jones was 2-for-4, Hunter Embray was 2-4, Otis Roby was 2-2 and reached base all four times. Drew Carlson reached base all four times at the plate. The Sabers improve their overall record to 13-6.
