Four infielders and an outfielder from the Knoxville, Pella High and Pella Christian softball teams headline this season’s Little Hawkeye Conference All-Conference Teams.

First Team All-Conference honors went to Knoxville sophomore Marissa Lenger at shortstop; Pella High senior Lindsey Mueller was a unanimous First Team selection at center field and junior Allie DeMeulenaere at third base was tabbed for First Team honors as well; as were Pella Christian senior first baseman Sami Veenstra and freshman catcher Tessa Howerzyl.

The Panthers’ Emily Lee – a senior – was a Second Team selection outfielder and is joined by the Eagles’ Paige Engbers and junior pitcher Bri Arkema and junior catcher Morgan Ernst from the Lady Dutch as Second Teamers.

All-Little Hawkeye Conference Honorable Mention selections went to Knoxville’s Emily Wallace – an incoming freshman pitcher – and senior second baseman Haley Worrall; along with Pella junior first baseman Molly Lanke and sophomore second baseman Sierra Williams.

Pella High finished in a tie for third place in the Little Hawkeye Conference with an 8-4 league record, while Knoxville was fifth at 4-8 and Pella Christian was 6th at 3-9.
