The Twin Cedars baseball team continued their blitz through the Class 1A District Tournament Saturday night with a 14-0, five-inning drubbing of Sigourney in Ottumwa.
Leading the way again was sensational freshman pitcher Otis Roby, who pitched five innings of one-hit baseball with five strikeouts; and helped his cause by going 2-for-2 at the plate with two walks. The Sabers again got a big night from Corey Harrell – who went 4-for-4 with a double – and Eric Clark and Drew Carlson each batted in three runs.
