Knoxville Volleyball Comes Back After Slow Start To Topple Chariton

The Knoxville Volleyball Squad started off slowly in its home opener last night dropping game one to Chariton 25-14, however games two, three, and four were all Panthers as Knoxville came back to take the match in four games 14/25, 25/15, 25/23, and 25/14. Coach Eric Fee said his team struggled in every part of the game early on, but was pleased with how the girls responded. Erica Fee led with 14 kills on the night while Meredith Cunningham dealt out 26 assists she was also a perfect 16/16 serving with four aces, she also led the team along with Marissa Lenger with nine digs. Knoxville improves to 2-4 on the season and will travel to the A-D-M Invitational Thursday night.
