Forward Alayna Bailey continued her scoring rampage with two more goals and the Central College women’s soccer team notched a record-tying fifth straight victory 2-1 over Grinnell College Thursday. Bailey got Central’s only scores in the 19th and 21st minutes, upping her season total to 12. It was her second straight two-goal outing and she’s scored eight goals in the past five games. Central is now 7-2 overall and can extend that on Saturday with the start of the Iowa Conference schedule. Luther College comes to Pella for an afternoon match. The Norse are 4-3-1 overall.
