Homecoming in Monroe Friday night was all handshakes & high fives as the PCM Mustangs rolled over the Interstate-35 Roadrunners 52-12. The Mustangs trailed 12-9 late in the first half but Senior signal caller and Homecoming King Nate VandeWall found Ethan Kain with less than a second on the clock before intermission for the go ahead score. From there, PCM pulled away from the Roadrunners throughout the second half. The victory improves PCM to 3-3 on the year & 2-0 in Class 2A District 6. Next week the Mustangs travel to Albia for their first road trip in district play.
