Fall may be just a week old, but the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is already planning for the 2012 Living Windows and Lighted Parade event. This year’s parade takes place on Thursday, November 15th. The theme is year is “Musical Christmas.” The annual event features lighted parade floats and is a Knoxville community staple. The Chamber will be taking parade entries up until November 5th.
