The Knoxville Cross Country Squads will travel to Oskaloosa tomorrow. For the Panthers it has been a rather difficult opening third of the season. The last two meets have been against some of the top competition in not only class 3A with Pella and Grinnell, but the Panthers have had to go up against some of the better programs in Class 4A. This week Knoxville will travel to Oskaloosa, where Coach Mike Moats says they will get a break by not running against Pella or Grinnell. Moats says they really are not going to get a strong idea of how good the team is until some of the runners get back from injury and academic issues. One but of good news the Panthers got last week was Jacob Moats who had been dealing with an injury was 100% cleared to run. The coaching staff says it will be a couple of weeks before he is race-ready.
