While last week there was really no big speech to get his players motivated to play Pella, the Knoxville football coaching staff hopes a different kind of motivation moves the team this week. A motivation to win after two tough losses by the Panthers in the last two weeks. Rider says with five games remaining in the regular season including this week, and facing a team that has been a nice addition to the schedule should get the guys up tomorrow night. This will be a non-district game for the Panthers so win or lose it does not hurt or help Knoxville in District eight. However, Rider says just getting a win and having a good feeling going into a big portion of the schedule would be great shot in the arm.
