A 77-8 thumping of Seymour Friday night provided the Twin Cedars football team with just the bounce-back game they were looking for. The Sabers jumped out early, snagging a 63-0 lead by the third quarter and never looked back; en route to their third victory of the season. Twin Cedars is now 3-4 overall and 2-3 in Eight-Man District 5. Next week the Sabers have their “bye” week, but they’ll aim for back-to-back wins on October 12th; when they travel to face a Moravia squad that has yet to win a game this season.
