Animal Health Center will be having a Halloween-themed open house on Tuesday afternoon. They’re celebrating the grand opening at their new location at 605 W. Pleasant Street in Knoxville. People are encouraged to dress themselves and their animals in Halloween costumes as they enjoy some free food and children’s activities. The Lil Big Red Radio will also be there, providing tunes and entertainment for the crowd. The open house runs from 4-6pm Tuesday.
