Highway 14 will be down to one lane of traffic at some spots over the next three weeks. The Iowa Department of Transportation says that road construction will force one lane to be closed at intermittent times from around Iowa Highway 5 north to I-80. A pilot car will be in operation during those times. The closures will take place on weekdays from 7:30am to 7pm up until October 18th.
