With the regular season under their belt, the Knoxville Volleyball Squad no embarks on the postseason with a clean slate. After finishing the regular season at 14-26, the Panthers are looking to change their fortunes in the postseason and to do that, Knoxville must start with a 20-win Fairfield squad. The Trojans are 25-7 on the season winners of their last eight matches. Fairfield also won the Southeast Conference title with an 8-0 record. With what looks like a tall order for Knoxville tomorrow night in the class 4A Regional, Coach Eric Fee says with the competition his team plays, they are not intimidated. He adds the Little Hawkeye Conference and many of the squads they played this season get his girls ready for the postseason. The Panthers travel to Fairfield tomorrow night with the first serve at seven.
