Pella Christian defeated Knoxville three games to one last night in volleyball. The Eagles won 25/18, 17/25, 25/16, and 25/20. Leading the way for Pella Christian was Becca Gritters with 14 kills while Maddie Fopma had 11 blocks. Tessa Howerzyl had five aces, Lauren Jungling had 29 assists, and Bri Warden had 34 digs. For Knoxville it was Chambray Daugherty with 25 kills while Meredith Cunningham had 43 assists and Brooke Chrisman had 18 digs. Pella Christian is now 13-14 on the season and 3-2 in conference play while Knoxville is now 11-23 on the season and finishes conference play at 1-5.
