Pella Emergency Crews Train for Farm Rescues

The Pella Fire Department and Pella Ambulance trained for grain bin rescues over the weekend. The training incorporated both in class work, and real world training. An actual grain bin was set up in the Fire Department’s garage. Several first responders were buried in corn while the rest practiced rescues with a tube, and with plywood boards.
