The Twin Cedars Sabers’ volleyball team played a closely contested match, but lost in five sets to Sigourney last night, 12 – 25, 25 – 13, 15 – 25, 25 – 20, and 12 – 15. The defeat ends the Sabers’ volleyball season, which saw them win a Bluegrass Conference title with a spotless 8 – 0 record. Their final record on the year is 13 – 8.
