The Red Rock Arts Alliance will be holding an art festival in Pella this winter. The Festive Whimsey and Fine Art event will take place at the Pella Memorial Building in December. They’ll have local artist and vendors selling their work, as well as providing demonstrations. There is also going to a be a gingerbread house competition. The festival will be open from 10am to 8pm on December 7th with a reception beginning at 5pm.
