The Knoxville Football Season could be summed up in four frustrating weeks in the middle of the season. Of those four games, the Panthers lost by five combined points and may have ruined the chance for a playoff berth. However Coach Tory Rider says the guys never gave up hope, all the way down to the final game of the season. Rider adds the offense will be spent figuring out how to win those close games and make the plays necessary. Rider says the win over Norwalk to set up the scenario for the final week of the season was seen as progress. Knoxville finished 4-5 on the season.
