Following a 68 – 53 win over West Marshall on Monday, the Pella Christian Eagles’ boys basketball team has their sights set on Washington this Saturday. Head coach, Larry Hessing, told KNIA/KRLS Sports, he wants to see his team limit their turnovers against Washington, after committing 19 of them in their season opener two days ago. Hessing also said that his teams’ priorities are about what each of his players’ strengths are currently, and what they need to do to get better. Pella Christian’s boys basketball team will be at home for their next three games, starting with the Washington game this Saturday. The JV game tips off at 6:30 p.m., and the varsity teams will play at around 8:00.
