The Knoxville Police Department says it’s having issues with it’s administrative phone lines at present. This only includes there non-emergency number, not 911 lines. If you try to call the department and your call goes unanswered, you may try their 24-hour line at 641-828-0554 or the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at 641-828-2220.
