Local Leaders Read to Kids

Bethany Christian Services opened their doors for the holiday activities last night. They are kicking off a program called Children Actively Reading, or CAR. The program aims to send parents home with books for their children along with diapers and formula. To kick off the program they held a book reading last night, where community leaders read childrens books to a crowd of around 15 kids while they enjoyed cookies and cocoa.
