Fresh Starts in Knoxville will be having an open house tomorrow as they get ready to close for the winter. The open house will take place from 9am-6pm tomorrow. Refreshments will be served and there will also be sales. Fresh Starts is located at 621 Lincoln Street in Knoxville – that’s the building located between the railroad tracks.
