The Festive Whimsey and Fine Art event is today in Pella. Local artists and vendors will set up in the Pella Memorial Building. Their works will be available for purchase, and they’ll also be providing artist demonstrations. There is a gingerbread house competition planned as well. The art fest has been planned for several months. The event is open Friday from 10am to 8pm. An artist reception will begin at 5pm.
