A Celebration of Life service for Gilbert P. Vander Wal, age 84 of Pella, will be Tuesday, December 11 at 10 am at the Peoria Christian Reformed Church in Peoria. Visitation will be Monday, December 10 from 10 am to 2 pm at Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home. Visitation with family present will be Monday, December 10 from 5:30-7:30 pm at Calvary Christian Reformed Church in Pella. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery in Pella, following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Peoria Christian Reformed Church to be designated for the sound system, or Safe Water International Ministries.
