Coming off its season opening win Thursday night…the Knoxville Wrestling Squad will take to the road for the first time at the Newton Invitational. Coach Ron Peterson was happy with the guys’ effort on Thursday and hopes they can keep up the pace today. Knoxville will be the smallest school among the six schools represented at today’s invitational. Along with Newton, teams from Council Bluffs and Cedar Rapids will be in attendance. Knoxville is the defending champion of the event.
