Services for Karen Kay Spring, age 61 of Des Moines and formerly of Knoxville, will be held at on Saturday, January 12th 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Knoxville, with Pastor Josyph Andrews officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church with family present.
