The Knoxville Basketball Squads will travel to Grinnell tonight for a Little Hawkeye Conference girl/boy doubleheader. The Panther girls can even their mark on the season and in conference with a win. Knoxville beat Grinnell in the first meeting between the two teams back in December by using a full court press to cause Grinnell to turn the ball over and pull away by 17 points. On the boys side, it will be a tough task for Knoxville as Grinnell is one of the favorites to win the conference this season. The Tigers fell at home to Pella Christian on Tuesday. The focus in practice this week for the Panthers says Coach Jeff Larson is making the extra pass for get open shots and blocking out on the missed shots. The Panthers are still looking for their first win of the season. Larson says the guys are still positive and continue to work hard.
