Pella Regional Health Center has a new doctor on staff. Dr. Scott Barclay is a family practice physician. Barclay has roots in California and Colorado, most recently working at Clinix Health Services in Englewood, Colorado. He earned his degree at the University of Southern California and is board certified in family medicine. He will work at Pella Regional’s Medical Clinic in Knoxville.
