The slick roads led to multiple rollover accidents yesterday morning. On Highway 102 near Peoria, a black Chevy Blazer slid off the roadway and rolled down a large, steep embankment. The accident occurred around 9am. Two female occupants were transported to Pella Regional Health Center with non life-threatening injuries. Pella Rural Fire, the Pella Ambulance, Iowa State Patrol, and Motor Vehicle Enforcement responded to the scene.
