A man was arrested for Burglary in Pella on Monday. The Pella Police Department says that Ricardo Victoria Carmona, of Ankeny, Iowa, was asked to come to the police station for questioning about a theft of items from a motor vehicle. The theft in question was an incident that occurred in November of last year. Following the questioning, Victoria Carmona was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree.
