Central women’s track athlete, Felicia Coleman was named the Iowa Conference’s female athlete of the week, while Dutch freshman tennis player, West Adelman was named the men’s tennis player of the week. Coleman led the Dutch to a third-place finish at the Iowa Conference indoor championships this past Sunday, winning the 55 meter dash as well as setting a new conference and school record in the 200-meters with a time of just under 25 seconds. Adelman was able to pick up a pair of victories in doubles and singles competition on Saturday against Nebraska Wesleyan, and is 8 – 0 in his Central tennis career in singles competition, with a 4 – 0 mark this spring season.
