A Knoxville man received five years’ probation Friday in Marion County District Court after he pled guilty to third degree burglary. 22-year-old Brandon Tyler Flesher admitted in December that he had walked into a Knoxville home without permission and threatened to physically harm two teenagers inside. A five-year prison sentence was suspended during the sentencing hearing, though Flesher will also spend 30 days in jail on a separate OWI conviction from a July incident.
