The Knoxville boys’ basketball regular season comes to an end tonight as the Panthers host Dallas Center-Grimes. The Panthers are still in search for their first win of the season…however in their last game on Thursday at Newton…Knoxville led the Cardinals by six points with two minutes remaining in the third quarter only to see Newton end the game on a 29-9 run. Coach Jeff Larson says somehow the guys need to find a way to finish a game to give them some confidence heading into postseason next week. Larson adds Dallas Center-Grimes will be ready. Tonight is senior night for the Panthers as four seniors will be honored before the game. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30, you can hear the play-by-play with Derek Cardwell on AM 1320 KNIA, pregame is at 7:15.
