On today’s Let’s Talk Knoxville, Aaron Gernes talks with Knoxville Hospital and Clinics CEO Kevin Kincaid about Medicaid expansion and why he supports it. The Affordable Care Act offers states the opportunity to expand Medicaid to cover those under the age of 65 with an income of $15,000 (and higher amounts for couples and families).
