President’s Day Means Some Closures

Today is President’s Day. It’s a federal holiday established to land at a time near George Washington’s birthday, which is actually February 22nd. In Marion County, county offices are closed today in observance of the holiday. The Courthouse will remain open as the Clerk of Court office is still open for service today. The post office will not deliver mail, and markets are closed as well. Check your local bank to see if they’ll remain open.
