This Friday is Good Friday in the Christian faith. It’s the day Christians observe the crucifixion of Jesus Christ before they celebrate His resurrection on Easter Sunday. Lane Riggle is the Pastor at First United Methodist Church. He says during this day, Christians remember the full cost for their salvation. Riggle explains that in the modern world of technology, there’s less self-denial and it becomes harder to sacrifice. He says Christians take the time during Good Friday to contemplate Jesus’s death and how it brought humanity to be one with God.
