People looking to get ready for Tulip Time certainly have Dutch Costumes on their mind. A Dutch Costume exchange is coming up this week at the Pella Historical Village. People looking to sell their costume, and those who want to buy one, can do so at the Scholte Church on Friday and Saturday. The costumes should be brought in on a hanger and priced to sell. Tulip Time is scheduled for May 2nd-4th this year.
