The Gladys Black Eagle Cam is up and running in a new location. The new site, located below the dam, brings the viewing audience closer to nature and lets them experience the Des Moines River. The camera overlooks the water, where viewers could possibly see a variety of animals, including pelicans, osprey, eagles, waterfowl and more.
